What information do we collect?
We may collect the following types of information:
Information you provide
We receive and store the information you enter on our websites or mobile applications (such as information contained in receipts that you scan into our mobile application) or you otherwise provide us in any other way.
Information from cookies
When you visit one of our websites, mobile applications or click on a banner advertisement on a third party's website, we may send one or more cookies to your computer or other device from which you accessed the website or advertisement.
Third parties may also share information with us (such as the fact that you have been shown a particular advertisement) based on cookies that they send to your computer or other device when you visit other websites.
You can set your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, some of our website features or services may not function properly without cookies.
Some of the features of the Service may enable Brandefy to access and collect information about your current or past location in order to personalize the Service for you and provide other features of the Services ("Locationbased Features").
Once these features have been implemented, in order to use Locationbased Features, you must give Brandefy permission to use your geolocation through your device. Brandefy may access your geolocation using a variety of means, including GPS, IP address, or cell tower location.
You will have the opportunity to optout of using LocationBased Features by going to Settings and turning off the"Location Based Features" toggle. If you choose not to allow Brandefy to use your location information or disable Brandefy’s Locationbased Features on your device under settings, you will not be able to utilize certain features of the Service.
Alternatively, you may adjust the settings on your mobile device to prevent the sharing of Location Information.
You may also manage how your mobile device or mobile browser handles cookies and related technologies by adjusting your mobile device privacy and security settings.
Please refer to instructions provided by your mobile service provider or the manufacturer of your device to learn how to adjust your mobile device and mobile browser settings.
Please note that if you disable the sharing of Location Information as described in the section entitled “X-Mode Social”, you may be unable to access some features of our Services that are designed for mobile devices
The Information collected by our Services via a mobile device may also include the following:
(i)periodic collection of your location and time of day;
(ii) the names of the other applications on your mobile device and, if you use an Androidbased mobile device, how you use them (e.g.,frequency and duration of use);
(iii) Information about your mobile device (e.g., make, model,operating system, identifier, and other similar Information, but not phone number); and
(iv)Information about your use of features, functions, or clicks on notifications or content.
(a) send notifications when you arrive at or leave places;
(b) infer the location of the places you visit most often, determine your frequency or the amount of time spent at these locations, and send notifications when you arrive at or leave those places; and
(c) share Location Information data with third parties. For more information, please see the section entitled “X-Mode Social”.
Log and other information
When you access one of our websites, mobile applications, emails, advertisements, or other content served by or on behalf of us on third party websites or mobile applications, our servers automatically record information that your browser sends during your access to that content.
These server logs typically include your web request, Internet Protocol address, browser type,browser language, the date and time of your request and one or more cookies that may uniquely identify your browser or Account(s) to us.
Other actions, such as interactions with advertisements including the fact you have been shown certain advertisements, and the Advertising ID ( or Advertising Identifier) of your device may also be included in our server logs.
Facebook Connect and Twitter
The Brandefy mobile application may request permission to link with your Facebook and/orTwitter account.
If you grant the mobile application permission to access your Facebook and/orTwitter account, we will collect information from your profile including your likes and interests and tweets.
We may also provide you the ability to log in to our websites using signin services such asFacebook Connect or an Open ID provider.
These services will authenticate your identity and provide you the option to share certain information with us such as your name and email address to prepopulate our sign up form.
Services like Facebook Connect give you the option to post information about your activities on our website(s) to your profile page to share with others within your network.
The Brandefy mobile application may request permission to send you emails containing links to surveys in which we would like you to participate, and may also present you with surveys within the application itself.
If you participate in these surveys, we will collect your answers to the surveys.
We may receive information about you from third party companies that specialize in collecting publicly available information.
This may include estimated demographic information and information from public registers, such as the electoral register.
We may link information about you that we collect from these third parties with other information that we collect about you.
The Brandefy mobile application incorporates software from, and interacts with third parties in order for the App to provide certain location services and exchange data with such third parties.
As such third parties may collect and use information that does not personally identify you, such as your device type, advertising identifier on your device and device usage information (for example, a date/time stamp and user location when the App communicates with that third party).
You understand that your use of the application or your submission of any personal information to the Brandefy mobile application will constitute your consent to the transfer of your personal information from your home country, including the United States, which may provide for different data protection rules than in your country.

How do we use your information?
To manage your Account(s)
We use the information that we collect to manage your Account(s). For example, we use the information you provide us and the geolocation we collect to track, process, post and fulfill Rewards you earn and to provide customer service.
In addition, we may use this information to keep you informed of new features and product developments as well as to provide more relevant offers to you.
We will do so by sending you emails and sending you in application notifications.
To contact you
We may use the contact information we receive from you or from third parties to contact you via email, direct mail, telephone or other channels such as text messaging, Facebook and Twitter, in each case provided we are permitted by law to send these communications to you.
We may also use your contact information to provide you administrative communications from time to time about our service (such as details of an update to one of our mobile applications or planned maintenance).
For market research purposes
We use the information that we collect to provide clients with anonymous market research reports (for example, "What percentage of Females in the Midwest buy Brand X products?").
To develop, evaluate, improve and deliver our products and services
We use the information that we collect to develop, evaluate, improve and deliver our product and services.
For example, if we learn from the information that we collect that certain brands or categories of products are highly valuable to Users, we may offer more services for those products.
To deliver personalized advertisements and other information to you
We may use the information that we collect and the Advertising ID (or Advertising Identifier) on your mobile device to show you advertisements about our products and services or the products and services of third parties on our websites, other websites, mobile applications, or in other marketing channels.
For example, we may use the purchase information we collect about you from your emails or Facebook or Twitter to deliver to you, via one or more of those channels,advertisements that we, or the parties whose products or services we are promoting, think may be of interest to you.
Fulfill legal and regulatory requirements
We may use the information we collect to comply with federal, state, or other applicable laws and regulations.
Protect our rights or property or our Users
We also may use the information we collect to the extent we believe it is necessary or appropriate to enforce or apply our rights under our agreements with Users, and/or to protect the rights, property or safety of Brandefy, our Registered Users and others.
How do we share your information?
Contests, sweepstakes and surveys
We may promote or offer contests, sweepstakes, similar promotional offers or surveys that maybe cosponsored by us and one or more other companies, or may be sponsored by other companies.
Some or all of your information collected through these offers or surveys may be shared with the sponsor(s) or other companies indicated on the entry form, in the governing rules or on the survey, as applicable.
Agents and service providers
We engage other companies and individuals to perform certain services and functions on our behalf. For example, we may engage third parties to send email and postal mail, analyze data,provide marketing services, process applications, provide search results and links (including paid listings and links), and provide customer service.
These service providers are allowed to access and use the information we make available to them only as needed to perform their functions and for no other purposes.
Third party companies
We may share masked or hashed versions of the personally identifiable information we collect with thirdparty market research and other unaffiliated companies who may use the information for any legally permissible purpose including but not limited to matching to additional data sets,data analysis and research reports. If there is a change of control in our business (whether by merger, sale, or otherwise), your information could be included as part of that transaction and could be used by the purchaser within the same business or more widely within the purchaser's own business.
Protection of Brandefy and others
We may disclose information about you to third parties when we believe such disclosure is appropriate to comply with a legal requirement, such as a law, regulation, court order, subpoena or search warrant, or in the course of a legal proceeding.
We may also disclose your information as we believe appropriate to enforce or apply our rights under our agreements with Registered Users, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Brandefy, its Group Companies, our Users and others, including exchanging information for fraud protection and credit risk reduction.
Security of Your Account
You should never share your Account password with anyone. If you feel your password has been compromised, you should change it immediately.
After you have finished using our website(s), you should log out of your Account and exit your browser so that no unauthorized persons can use our website under your name or Account.
Collection of Information from Children
None of our products or services is intended for use or purchase by users under the age of 13.
Accordingly, we do not knowingly collect, either online or offline, information from users under the age of 13.

Where your information is stored
These jurisdictions (including theUnited States) may not provide the same level of protection for your information as the country in which you reside.
Account An Account is an account you establish with us.Group CompanyAny company that is owned by, that owns, or that is under common control with, Brandefy.
Registered User A Registered User is an individual or entity that registers to receive any service provided by us,such as through our website or mobile application.
Rewards Rewards are the discounts, cash rebates, points, coupons and/or other awards that we offer you as a Registered User.
Our website Any website that we host or otherwise operate.
CookiesA "cookie" is a small file containing a string of characters that is sent to your computer when you visit a website. When you visit the website again, the cookie allows that site to recognize you from previous visits. Cookies may store user preferences and other information.
