Glam Glow Super Mud Activated Charcoal Treatment vs. Sephora Collection Mud Mask Purifying and Mattifying

These masks felt very similar to me (although the Glamglow is slightly thinner in texture), both in application and during wear. They are both mud masks with bits of mud in them and dry tightly on the face to draw out impurities. If you're interested in this type of mask, there is no need to go pricey with this one - pick up the Sephora brand! Buy Our Pick

Glam Glow Super Mud Activated Charcoal Treatment vs. L’Oreal Detox and Brighten Pure Clay Mask

I wore L'oreal on one side & GlamGlow on the other for 15 minutes before I washed it off. Immediately upon opening both containers the GG smelled like eucalyptus while L'oreal had a very stale type of odor. GlamGlow has eucalyptus leaves in it's formula. I didn't personally like L'oreal's smell. When putting each mask on my skin the L'oreal was almost black and thicker than GG. GlamGlow has a thinner consistency and is almost gray in color. GlamGlow gives a tingling sensation once applied due to the eucalyptus. Due to GG being thinner in consistency it dries a lot quicker than L'oreal. L'oreal was a lot tighter on my skin after it dried. Both masks rinsed easily off of my face. After drying my face I could tell that the L'oreal side of my face was smooth but felt a bit dry. The GG side was smooth and felt a bit more moisturized. My skin looked clear & brighter on both sides. I didn't hate L'oreal, but preferred GlamGlow. GlamGlow's formula is amazing & I think you get a bit more potent ingredients versus L'oreal. Buy Our Pick
